ITS Fall 2025 start of term freezes

Information Technology Services (ITS) will be placing a freeze on non-Windows 11 operating system upgrades and replacement device installation requests during the first two weeks of the fall semester (Aug. 18 – 29) to prioritize support for the start of the semester and new hire devices. Any requests for this type of support will be scheduled after Aug. 29, so please plan accordingly. 

A freeze will also be placed on system changes from Aug. 18 through Sept. 3. During this time, no changes will be made to BGSU systems.
