Qualifications/Preferred Skills: Highly dependable, proactive and punctual team player known
for exceptional organization, clear communication, and a strong commitment to collaborative success in fast paced environments. Familiar with various software platforms and computer technologies. Able to troubleshoot technical issues with human patient simulators and fix them as able.
Position Description: All duties and responsibilties of this position required on-campus presence. Hours are Monday - Friday 6:30 AM - 9:00 AM and 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM (4 hours a day, 20 hours a week). This position requires the graduate assistant to work in collaboration with the simulation coordinator to ensure the simulation equipment remains in working order at all times. They will turn on all manikins, update all software, ensure accurate working of all the computerized manikins and simulation components. They are able to work early morning shift to get manikins operating in the morning an ensure all equipment is working before students arrive for their learning experiences. Work some hours in the evening to make sure all equipment is shut off properly at the end of the day and make preparations for the following day. Tear down rooms and manikins that are broke and help send them back to the company for repair.
