EMOD Program Format

I wouldn't be in my role today if not for the confidence and competence gained through the EMOD program. I recognized the opportunity for improvement in my practice and it transformed in ways I couldn't have imagined, supported by the curriculum, program design, professors, and cohort.

The Executive Master of Organization Development and Change is an 20-month program designed for full-time working professionals. The hybrid program delivers course content online and in one 3-day weekend residencies, held at BGSU's Executive Center at Levis Commons in Perrysburg, Ohio.
Executive students take two consecutive 7-week courses per semester with executive residency weekends are held two weekends each term, one per course.
Executive Residency Weekends are scheduled:
Friday: 4:00 - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 - 3:00 PM
Students needing accommodations can make convenient reservations at hotels in the Perrysburg area. Two are just across the parking lot from our classroom facility.
