EMOD Program Format

The Executive Master of Organization Development and Change is an 20-month program designed for full-time working professionals. The hybrid program delivers course content online and in 3-day weekend residencies.
Executive students take two consecutive 7-week courses per semester with one each executive residency weekend per course.
Executive Residency Weekends are scheduled:
Friday: 4:00 - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 - 5:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 - 3:00 PM
Students needing accommodations can make convenient reservations at hotels in the Perrysburg area. Two are just across the parking lot from our classroom facility.
