Management specialization added to new online degree

This spring, the Ohio Board of Regents approved a new online Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) degree program for non-traditional students, designed to give educational opportunities for those who are not able to commute to campus because of work or family obligations. Students choose one of two specializations – individualized business or management. The management specialization prepares students to manage and lead people in a variety of business by developing their skills in change management, communication, teamwork, motivation, ethical decision-making and understanding cultures and diversity.
