Business Graduates Are Honored by BGSU Academy of Distinguished Alumni

One of the highest honors bestowed upon alumni by Bowling Green State University is to be selected by the Academy of Distinguished Alumni for extraordinary accomplishments and significant contributions.  

The 2016 Academy of Distinguished Alumni ceremony was held at the end of September and three of the four alumni receiving an award graduated from the College of Business. They include the following:

• Mike McGuire ’82  is chief executive officer of Grant Thornton LLP.
• The Honorable C. Ray Mullins ’74, ‘77 currently is a member of the Board of Directors of the Federal Judicial Center, following years of serving as a federal judge at various levels.
• John Prout ’72 served as president and chief executive officer of TriHealth, Inc.
