Student Support Services
Who are we?
Student Support Services (SSS) is a learning community funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Education. SSS is part of the TRIO programs created to promote educational access for those who have been traditionally underrepresented in higher education. We provide advising and tutoring, academic support, and financial resources.
A student is eligible to participate in BGSU's Student Support Services program if he/she meets at least one of the following criteria:
- Is a first generation college student (parents did not graduate from a 4yr institution)
- Has a Pell grant and/or an income that fits the requirements determined by the Federal Income Guidelines.
- Has a documented disability
