The Office of Marketing & Communications and Information Technology Services provide training and support for CMS users.

Accessing the CMS

The CMS is may be accessed at the following address: aem.bgsu.edu

Before proceeding to the CMS, you may be prompted by your browser that the site is untrusted. You may continue pass this warning. You will then be prompted to log into the Adobe Experience Manager if you have not already. Use your BGSU username and password to log in.

Once you have logged in, you should begin by choosing the "Sites" item from the left-hand sidebar. Once the page reloads, hover over the "Sites" item in the left-hand sidebar, and click the computer monitor icon that appears. This should load the Web Content Management (WCM) interface.
