The Technology Support Center (TSC) uses Bomgar as a technical support chat tool, and with your permission, TSC technicians may use Bomgar to remotely view your device screen and/or control your device for troubleshooting.

As a member of the University community, you have several options for accessing the Bomgar application. You can enter a live chat session on many pages throughout the ITS Website by selecting the icon or banner labeled Live Chat. Secondly, a TSC technician may request remote access to your device for enhanced troubleshooting.
Bomgar uses a centralized secure server system to manage and audit all connections made to remote machines by our technicians. The software installed on your machine to enable the remote session is unique to the session and is removed automatically when the session ends. Before approving technician access please be sure that any sensitive information is not open on your screen.
