CULMINATING EXPERIENCE FOR THE MFN DEGREE

All students in the Master’s of Food & Nutrition Program (MFN) at Bowling Green State University are required to complete a culminating experience in order to meet the requirements for successful completion of the program and graduation. Students have the option to choose from thesis and non-thesis options for the culminating experience. Non-thesis options include master’s project, comprehensive exam, or professional portfolio in food and nutrition. The portfolio experience is limited to students concurrently completing the BGSU accredited dietetic internship program.

Students are encouraged to consult with their graduate faculty advisor to discuss their options before choosing their culminating experience.
