Bio
Katina Bostic currently serves as the Executive Director of the Northwest Community Corrections Center, a community-based correctional facility serving Northwest Ohio. In this role, she oversees operations, programming, and strategic initiatives aimed at reducing recidivism and supporting successful reintegration.
She earned her Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Bowling Green State University in 2014. As a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor III, Katina brings over 15 years of experience working within community corrections systems, with a strong focus on rehabilitation and behavioral health. Katina has been a faculty member in the Criminal Justice Department at Bowling Green State University since 2018, where she is committed to educating and mentoring the next generation of justice professionals.
In addition to her professional work, Katina is an adjunct professor at BGSU, where she teaches:
- DHS 3300: Interviewing and Observation
- CRJU 4860: Advanced Interviewing
