ASPIRE
Through BGSU

BGSU Firelands, in collaboration with the Sandusky Career Center and EHOVE Career Center, continue to create public good and provide educational opportunities for Erie County residents with ASPIRE Through BGSU.

Time to complete: Seven weeks
Setting: Virtual
Prerequisite classes required: No

ASPIRE Through BGSU is a free virtual, non-credit program offering live courses in math, science, language arts and study strategies. Personal and professional development workshops are also available. The program offers classes and workshops over several weeks to help residents grow their skills and lead productive lives. Examples of past workshops include overviews for careers, money management to pay for college and selecting a major.

Initially offered by BGSU Firelands and Sandusky Career Center, ASPIRE Through BGSU partnered with EHOVE Career Center to expand its reach and provide additional educational resources for those in the region.

Seven-week Session Dates: 
 

-Courses for College Credit:  March 11, 2024 – April 26, 2024  - In-person courses at BGSU Firelands College Campus (Contact BGSU Admissions, if you are not a current student, to register as a Guest Student 419-433-5560 20766)
 

-Non-Credit Courses:  April 1, 2024 – May 16, 2024 – Online through the Sandusky Career Center (Contact Kris Thompson kthompson@scs-k12.net / 419-984-1135)
