Office of the Dean

The Office of the Dean serves as the central academic and administrative hub for BGSU Firelands. As both the chief academic officer and the campus executive, the Dean provides leadership for all aspects of the College’s academic mission, strategic direction, and daily operations. Unique among BGSU’s colleges, BGSU Firelands is led by a Dean who is responsible for the oversight and advancement of curriculum development, faculty affairs, student success, human resources, facilities, and institutional growth. In collaboration with the Office of Budget and Operations, the Dean also ensures effective fiscal stewardship and resource alignment to support the College’s mission.
