Clark Schroeder

Hello, my name is Clark Schroeder, and I’m from a small town in Northwest Ohio called Leipsic. I grew up on a farm that raises 4,000 hogs in the farrow‑to‑wean stage, an environment that taught responsibility, discipline, and the value of hard work from an early age. Life on the farm gave me a wide range of experiences hands on problem‑solving, early mornings, teamwork, and the ability to adap quickly when things don’t go as planned.

Those experiences shaped me into a diverse and well-rounded person who isn’t afraid to step into new challenges. More importantly, they taught me how meaningful it is to support others. I thrive on guiding people toward the path that aligns with their goals, helping them find clarity, confidence, and direction so they can reach their full potential. Whether it’s offering advice, listening, or helping someone map out their next step, I take pride in being someone others can rely on.
