More than a dozen student organizations, some internationally recognized, were part of the College’s annual Student Organization Fair held in the David J. Joseph Student Hub. Freshmen and sophomores looking for opportunities to get involved in business-related organizations talked with student leaders one-on-one. Organizations ranged from professional business fraternities like Delta Sigma Pi, to organizations focused on one discipline, such as marketing, accounting and supply chain, and a business organization for minorities, Students of Color in Business. Students also learned more about education abroad opportunities through the Office of Undergraduate Student Development.

Later that afternoon, students gathered outside the business building to enjoy a picnic dinner hosted by Dean Ray Braun and served by faculty and staff. Students had the chance to meet with the dean and their professors to enjoy good conversations in a fun, social atmosphere. The College of Business Student Ambassadors coordinated the Dean’s Picnic and provided challenging games while students socialized and enjoyed good food.
