BGSU to offer Boys State scholarship

BOWLING GREEN, O.—Participants at this year’s Buckeye Boys State now have an extra incentive to attend Bowling Green State University—the Buckeye Boys State Achievement Scholarship.

The automatic $1,000 scholarship for Boys State participants is renewable yearly and may be combined with other University scholarships. In order to receive it, the participant will need to apply for admission to BGSU by Nov. 1.

“The attendees of Buckeye Boys State are some of the most outstanding young scholars in Ohio,” said Cecilia Castellano, interim director of admissions at BGSU. “This award represents BGSU’s commitment to investing in these future leaders."
