Donations for Citations

Donate a new canned soup, Pasta or Pasta Sauce, or hygiene products to dismiss a ticket.

New for 2026, BGSU Parking Services will accept new canned soup, Pasta and pasta sauce, or hygiene products in exchange for dismissing a ticket issued from January 1, 2026 until May 1, 2026. All items will be donated to the BGSU Falcon Food Pantry. 

• Eligible food items (Canned Soup, Pasta, Pasta Sauce) total Ounces weight must equal or exceed ticket amount. Receipt is required to be accepted.
• Eligible unscented hygiene products (Fragrance Free baby wipes and Diapers, Fragrance Free Sanitary Napkins and tampons) unit total must equal or exceed ticket amount (25 diapers for $25 ticket). A receipt is required for the donation to be accepted.
• Eligible items must be delivered to BGSU Parking Services before the end of day May 1, 2026. 
• Donations will be donated to BGSU Falcon Food Pantry. Donations will also be accepted from those without citations. 
• This event will end May 1, 2026 or when the equivalent of $5,000 in tickets has been dismissed.

Citations received for vehicle boots, forged or illegal permits, and those for parking in a handicap space do not qualify.
