Dr. Charmaine Uy is a licensed occupational therapist who earned her Doctorate of Occupational Therapy degree from Belmont University in 2019 and successfully completed the Brooks Neurologic Occupational Therapy Fellowship in 2020.

Since 2021, she has worked as a travel therapist, gaining broad clinical experience across the continuum of adult care. She is passionate about working with the neurologic population and has a strong interest in interprofessional education as a means to improve patient outcomes. She also enjoys mentoring students interested in exploring nontraditional career paths such as travel therapy.
 
Dr. Uy is dedicated to helping students become thoughtful, skilled, and compassionate occupational therapists. She is excited to be part of the BGSU community and committed to shaping future practitioners into competent, evidence-based clinicians ready to meet the diverse needs of their clients.
