Biography
Beth Williams is a registered dietitian who has worked in several clinical nutrition settings including WIC, acute care, long-term acute care, LTC, food service management and consulting. She was clinical teaching faculty at Owens Community College from 2012-2024, where she also was the program coordinator for the dietetic technician program from 2012-2019. Beth joined BGSU as an assistant clinical professor in January 2024. She also serves as the undergraduate dietetics program director and advisor for the student nutrition association.
