Biography

Christina Olmstead is a registered dietitian who started her career as a bariatric clinical dietitian for six years. She was an adjunct faculty member for BGSU from 2019-2022 until she was hired full-time as an Assistant Clinical Professor in January 2023. Christina also serves as the Assistant Dietetic Internship Director and sports dietitian for all BGSU athletics. She expanded her credentials when passing her board-certified exam in 2025 to earn her Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD).
