Photo & Document Reproduction Fee Schedule
Research provided by our "Ask An Archivist" service can be delivered in person, mailed or sent electronically. We accept cash, check, money order, or credit card for payment. Upon order completion, an order total will be sent to the patron. Credit card holders must contact the CAC’s reference archivist with corresponding payment info in order for the materials to be sent as requested.
Please allow an additional 8-10 business days to receive research requests by mail. Research requests shipped via USPS will be charged a flat rate of $5.00, and estimates will be provided to orders shipped via UPS.

|High resolution electronic files/scanning (fragile and rare manuscript materials and photographs)||$0.60 per file + any applicable research and postage fees [there are no electronic delivery costs]|

|Materials copied to disc||$10.00 per disc [no additional shipping costs for remote patrons]|
$0.15 per page [for remote patrons + any applicable research and postage fees]
$0.05 per page (B&W) and $0.18 per page (Color) [self-service with BG-1 card]

Larger sizes must be printed off-site. Please ask for cost for specific services.
Photograph Publication Use Fee Schedule
A use fee, in addition to photographic reproduction fees, is charged for one-time publication rights. We request that credited use state: "Courtesy of Center for Archival Collections, Bowling Green State University" or "Courtesy of Historical Collections of the Great Lakes, Bowling Green State University," depending upon the source of the original photograph.
