AllOne Health

To initally set up your own personal account, please log in to the myBGSU portal. The BGSU company code is located in the Benefits Information section.  Click the link above for AllOneHealth, scroll down and click on 'Sign Up' to enter the BGSU code, your email address and password of your choice. You will just need your email address and password for future logins.

The AllOne Health Employee Assistance Program offers confidential support for you and your household members, dependent(s) living away from home, and parents and parents-in-law. 

AllOne Health is widely recognized as a leader in employee assistance programs. Through this program, BGSU full-time and part-time faculty and staff have access to a variety of expanded services including unlimited phone consultation 24 hours a day, as well as legal, financial and identity theft recovery assistance, and child and elder care referral assistance. 

The Member Portal has many useful tools, articles, resources, and other interactive features to assist you and your family with everyday challenges.

These webinars are available exclusively to BGSU employees. Can't attend live? On-demand webinars are available via your Member Portal. Please note that access to materials on the Member Portal may require creating an account. 

TESS (Chatbot) 

BGSU provides access to a mental health chatbot that is available through AllOne Health. Tess is available to provide emotional support, evidence-based education and delivers coping skills and strategies via text. Tess is available to employees and their families. To begin chatting, text "Hi" to 1-415-360-0023. Use the Start Code of "BGSU" when prompted to begin.
