Ryan Sowers

Ryan began his career working for a large Cleveland hospital, specializing in corporate fundraising and forging deep relationships with corporate partners from across the region. He has years of experience and a deep understanding of creating trusting relationships and working with corporate partners to his role as client executive for Hylant’s property and casualty team. With a strong commitment to the construction, real estate, and manufacturing sectors, Ryan is responsible for cultivating transformational, powerful partnerships between clients and Hylant and staying current on industry trends to provide innovative solutions to each of his client’s unique challenges.

Ryan serves on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy of Greater Cleveland, the Associate Board of Providence House, the Young Professional Council of The Red Cross of Greater Cleveland, and the Emerging Leaders Board of Breakthrough Schools. These great nonprofits align with his passions for supporting families and individuals with disabilities, access to education, and disaster relief.
