Alison Williams

Alison Williams, CIA & CISA, is an IT and Management consultant for Acclarity. She has a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to perform at optimal levels while driving organizational change and transforming strategic plans into operational realities that achieve and succeed business objectives.

• Senior Leadership (Banking Compliance Officer, IT Operations and Project Management, Executive Officer to the Service Infrastructure CIO & Enterprise CTO, Director of New Business Operations and third-party auditing, and Enterprise Operational Risk Management Director)

Also, an accomplished instructor, speaker and lecturer Alison educates professionals on various topics, technical, governance and leadership development. She presents in person and through virtual sessions with experience ranging from college courses to presentations at international conferences and for regulatory agencies. Attendees have ranged from 5 to 400 attendees.

Alison fell in love with BGSU, when she was just a kid, she attended elementary school in Bowling Green while her father was graduating. She started her own BGSU journey by completing her freshman year at BGSU Firelands campus during her senior year of high school. After transferring to the main campus, she worked during college in the accounting department of a local bank.

As a continual learner, and with a passion for gardening, Alison has established a year-round garden with the use of Hydroponics.  She is currently studying to be a Horticulture Judge for the State.
