Financial resources
Education and Training Voucher (ETV) Program
Financial assistance for current or former foster youth attending college or vocational schools.
United Way 211
Find resources – food pantries, rent assistance – to help with expenses that fall outside of tuition costs. United Way also offers mental health resources.
Navigating college
Independent Falcon Network
Connecting independent students with other individuals and resources that support and encourage academic success, self-reliance and community.
Student assistance and advocacy specialist (SAAS)
The SAAS serves as a bridge between BGSU and students emancipating from foster care.
