Internships and Co-Ops

University Libraries (UL) welcomes undergraduate and graduate students seeking academic internships, co-ops or practicums. These opportunities offer hands-on experience working alongside professional librarians and archivists in a variety of departments.

Who Should Apply?

Graduate students in library science, archival administration, history, American culture studies, popular culture and related fields are encouraged to apply. Undergraduate opportunities may be available under special circumstances.

  • Summer and Fall 2026 Internships:

Note: Paid experiences must be pre-approved through the student employment budget cycle or by the Dean.
