Scholarships

I am pleased to welcome you to the College of Education and Human Development’s scholarship page. Because of the generous support of our many donors and benefactors, we are able to award over 200 scholarships totaling over $500,000 in a variety of program areas to EDHD students. We anticipate similar numbers for the upcoming academic year, and we are continually making efforts to increase both the number of scholarships and the amount awarded, as many of our students both need and merit this type of support.

Each year we recognize EDHD undergraduate and graduate scholarship recipients at our Honors and Awards Ceremony in the fall. Our donors are also recognized at this event, as their contributions and continued commitment are critical to our students’ success.

If you have any questions, please contact Janet Hammersmith at jhammer@bgsu.edu

Sincerely,
Dawn Shinew, Ph.D.
Dean, College of Education and Human Development
