Academic Forgiveness

A student who returns to BGSU after an extended absence and who demonstrates the ability to do well academically may use academic forgiveness to remove the impact of earlier unsatisfactory grades. 

We strongly encourage students to meet with their advisor or college office to discuss whether academic forgiveness is appropriate for you.

How to apply

Once you’ve met with your advisor or college office and have decided that you would benefit from academic forgiveness, submit the application.
