Statistics generated from logs, as well as excerpts from transcripts, may be used for reports or publications. However, information about specific individuals (e.g. IP address, email, name, phone number) that might be included as part of a chat transcript will never be shared outside of the Bowling Green State University Libraries and Springshare, the application vendor, except as required by law. Any patrons who would like a record of their chat deleted may contact the library by providing email address along with date, time, and context of conversation so it can be located.

You may be asked to complete a survey on the quality of service you receive. All responses are kept anonymous. Survey comments and statistics may be used to improve or promote our services.
