Stacey Rychener, Ph.D., has been the lead evaluator on Federal, State, and local projects that encompassed health and wellness, school safety and security, mental health, alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use, after-school programming and early childhood programs. She has also evaluated more than 75 grants and contracts in her 25 years with CAES as well as help schools and human service agencies write grants.
