Danielle Wood

I’m currently a junior in the Schmidthorst College of Business pursuing a specialization in marketing. On campus, I’m a member of Women in Business Leadership, Vice President of the Thompson Working Family Scholars, I work for the BGSU Screech Team (marketing for athletics) and a Student Ambassador.

Outside of school, I like to travel and see new places, spend time with my friends and family and read. I like being outside so the terrace of the Schmidthorst College of Business is where I spend my time when the weather is nice!

After Graduation, I hope to obtain a career in marketing working for a company with a strong cause. I’m a very intentional person so I think it’s important for me to work for a company that has a strong belief in a cause outside of their main operations.

The Schmidthorst College of Business has welcomed me with friendly faces in peers and professors. Everyone I’ve met within the Schmidthorst College of Business wants to see others become successful and it’s a wonderful environment!
