Internal Dispute Resolution

Employee Relations team members serve as strategic partners and will offer consultation to assist with employee disputes, which are best resolved informally directly between employees and the supervisor.  If internal disputes need additional perspectives to offer advisement to review a dispute for resolution options. Successful resolution of a dispute is encouraged by mutual respect and willingness to exchange information, and view disputes from a different perspective, for the betterment of organizational success.  Workplace misunderstandings may arise at times in the workplace. It is the intent of the internal dispute resolution process to be responsive to its employees and their concerns. Therefore, an employee who is confronted with a problem may work with their supervisor and/or the Office of Human Resources by contacting one of the employee relations team members, as listed below.
