Voluntary Benefits

Bowling Green State University currently offers voluntary benefits plans to full-time employees for Accident, Critical Illness and Hospital Indemnity through Aflac.

To access and manage your coverage online or to file a claim, visit the Aflac website to register your account.   To submit a claim, click on new claim, answer a few questions and upload your supporting documents. Once the claim is submitted you can track your claim status as it is processing.
