Janae graduated Summa Cum Laude with a BSBA in Finance and Business Analytics & Itelligence. Growing up, I always found comfort in data and organization. Now, they are my passions, and I am pursing a Finance and Business Analytics & Intelligence undergraduate degree from Bowling Green State University.
Throughout high school and college, I have incorporated my love for numbers and structure into my everyday life. As Senior Class President in high school, I used metrics and design thinking to plan Homecoming, Prom, and to raise over $13,000 through fundraising. During my three years of college, I analyzed numbers and used forward-thinking through my leadership roles on campus. Furthermore, after completing three internships, I have been able to turn my passions into tangible business skills. Now, as embark on my fourth internship and senior year of college, I am searching for additional opportunities, experiences, and jobs that embody my passion for data and organization.
When I am not at work, crunching numbers, or planning events, I am most likely volunteering at the Cleveland Food Bank, being overly emotional while watching Grey’s Anatomy, enthralled in a Marvel’s production with my family, assisting my scholarship foundation, or playing with my new puppy.
Steven has been with Marathon Petroleum for over 11 years, holding various roles in marketing, sales, logistics, and is currently in corporate real estate. In his current role, Steven seeks ways to leverage the value of corporate-owned property while keeping short and long-term goals in mind. He is passionate about DE&I and currently serves as the Chair for Marathon’s LGBTQ+ Employee Network.

I am Owens Corning’s Global Category Leader for Insulation Minerals. I lead the sourcing strategy for all insulation batch minerals including cullet (recycled glass). While relying on my supply chain and operations background to problem-solve and assess risk, I work to drive increased collaboration and deeper partnerships with our key suppliers, and ensure we have a sourcing strategy to remain competitive for the future in all of our insulation business segments.
