Mona Augustin, an award-winning Haitian musician and activist, will perform a concert tonight (Feb. 8) to benefit Haitians who were displaced after the 2010 earthquake. His performance, sponsored by the College of Arts and Sciences and the International Studies program, will be from 7 to 9 p.m. in 228 Bowen-Thompson Student Union. The concert is free to attend; goodwill donations will be accepted.

Augustin has been leading a campaign to safely settleĀ a group of 126 HaitianĀ families from the temporary Camp Moyazik to a permanent Village Moyazik.
