Conklin is home to nearly 250 students. This hall is co-ed throughout the building and is for First-year and New Transfer Students only. Conklin is near the middle of campus, has air conditioning and is in close proximity to Kreischer Quadrangles, the Sundial Dining Center and Jerome Library.

Falcon Heights has the capacity to house nearly 650 Returning, Transfer and a limited number of First-year Students. The building features air-conditioned, double- and single-room suites with private bathrooms. This building is located near the math and science buildings and is a short walk to the Bowen-Thompson Student Union. Many residents dine at The Oaks dining center, which hosts all-you-care-to-eat meal plans.

Founders Hall houses nearly 600 residents and offers air-conditioned Single Rooms with a shared In-room Bathroom and six-person Suite-style Rooms. All Gender housing is also available on a limited basis and home to the Honors Learning Community. The hall features an Outtakes Quick Cuisine location and is close to the Bowen-Thompson Student Union, many academic buildings and the heart of campus.

Kreischer Quadrangle consists of four residence halls: Ashley, Batchelder, Compton and Darrow. Kreischer is the only hall that has on-site, full service dining.
The hall features the Sundial Food Court is along with the Alumni Mall, a large courtyard area accompanied by outdoor basketball courts. The Rec Center, intramural fields and athletic complexes are nearby.

hall is centrally located, shares a courtyard with Centennial Hall and

Kohl Hall hosts several Learning Communities and residents are encouraged to participate in one. Communities include: the Business District, Chapman Learning Community, Global Village, La Comunidad, and La Maison Française.

Recently renovated, McDonald Hall is close to the Bowen-Thompson Student Union, many academic buildings and has its own courtyard. The courtyard, known as the MAC Beach, features The Oaks dining center which host all-you-care-to-eat style of dining.
McDonald Hall hosts several Learning Communities including: ARMY ROTC, Aviation Community, Construction Management, Education and Human Development Community (EDHD) Educators in Context and Community (ECCO) and the SEARCH Community.

The Offenhauer Towers house over 800 students in Double and Single Traditional Rooms with air conditioning. The rooms are some of the largest on campus and the hall features Outtakes Quick Cuisine in the lobby. The Offenhauer Towers are the two tallest buildings on campus at 10 and 11 stories. Priority is given to returning students but First-year Students are welcome.

The newly built Greek Village opened its doors before the 2016 Fall Semester. The Greek Village is home to 33 chapters with 426 students living in three different houses layouts to accommodate the varying chapter membership sizes. All four of the Greek Councils at BGSU are represented within the Village. Both members of the chapter living in the house, and living off-campus, have access to their designated houses creating a hub for chapter operations and a community for Fraternity and Sorority Life.

The four buildings that make up the University Apartments combine the convenience of the residence halls and the independent lifestyle of apartment living. Located one block from campus, the University Apartments house over 170 students in double and single rooms. Each air conditioned apartment features a furnished living room, kitchen and shared private bathroom.
