1. FREE Wellness Program Launching this Fall! Reserve your spot now!

New FREE Wellness Program Launching this Fall!

Are you looking for a new way to improve your health and well-being? Our new FREE wellness program will be offered starting in September and includes the following:
• 2 Move 4 Your Mood or Group Fitness Classes (your choice)
• 2 Teaching Kitchen Nutrition Based Classes
• 2 Mindfulness Classes focused on meditation and stress management
• 2 Nutrition Counseling sessions with an RD
• 1 personal training consult
• Access to follow up support groups and nutrition consults

Participants who complete the full 8-week program will be given a wide variety of prizes such as T-shirts, culinary tools, journals, discounts and more! Spots are limited but this program will be offered each semester!

1. Take Intro to Popular Music this summer!

POPC2800 Introduction to Popular Music is available online during Summer Session 6W2 (7/12 – 8/20). This course covers the History of Rock and Roll and Popular Music. Highlights include different genres of popular music including, rap/hip-hop, punk, heavy metal, reggae, blues, rockabilly and others. This course explores the relationship between musical styles, trends in popular music, popular performers and entertainers and what they reveal about popular music and popular culture.
