Injury/illness reporting to move online

The Office of Environmental Health and Safety will be going exclusively online with injury/illness reporting starting Jan. 1, 2016.

The office will hold several campuswide training sessions on the Bowling Green campus to introduce the new form and answer any questions.

Bowling Green sessions will be held Nov. 3-13. Sessions at other campuses are to be determined and will be announced separately.
