WHAT I DO
I mostly teach history of architecture and entry-level architectural design classes. Currently I serve as University faculty senator and in other institutional roles.
Ph.D. in History of Architecture and Urbanism, Cornell
M.A. in History of Architecture and Urbanism, Cornell University
M.S. in Architectural Design and Theory, Southeast University
B.S. in Architecture, Southeast University.
My research interests include American 20th-century architecture, architecture and society, and Chinese socialist architecture.
In addition to my professional profile, I'm knowledgeable in classical music and have hands-on experience in cars, home improvement, and photography.
