This website is run by the Department of Education. This is where students can find the FAFSA, Plus Loan applications, student loan/grant history, Entrance and Exit Counseling and MPNs, loan servicers, etc.

BGSU Student Financial Aid

This is the website for Financial Aid at BGSU. It provides links to verification documents, document upload, information on private loan lenders, summer aid application, scholarship info, appeal forms, COVID relief information (when applicable), etc. Counselors are always available for walk-in appointments.

Incident Report Form/See It, Hear It, Report It

This form is filled out when student experiences/sees an incident of bias, sexual assault/harassment, concern for an individual, student org misconduct, etc. and wants to report the incident. It is run by the Office of the Dean of Students.

BGSU Title IX

Policing Bias Incident Reporting Mechanism

If you believe you were stopped by an officer based on your race, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, ethnicity, cultural affiliation, age, disability, economic status, or affiliation with any other similar identifiable group, you are encouraged to fill out this form.
