National Residence Hall Honorary
The purpose of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) is to work to provide students with opportunities and growth within the values of service and recognition. We will accomplish this by collaborating with campus and community partners to provide programs to build and retain active membership. In these actions we, the members of NRHH, hope to make the residence halls more than just a “dorm.”
NRHH sponsors two events annually: St. Baldrick's Shave-a-Thon and the NRHH Leadership Conference.
Residents are nominated by current members and other campus leaders to be a part of NRHH. Be on the lookout for information about the Candidate Application Process from the NRHH Falcon Chapter. Candidate members will be selected through an application and interview process to join this honorary organization.
Be a hero for kids with cancer! Whether you decide to shave your head, volunteer, or donate, we hope you'll be a part of the excitement!
The St. Baldrick’s Foundation is a charitable organization founded in 2000. St. Baldrick’s exists to raise funding for childhood cancer research. These events are done at the local level where volunteers, sponsored by family and friends, raise money to shave their heads. By shaving their heads, these volunteers are standing in solidarity with children who often lose their hair as part of their cancer treatment.
Our Care Package Program is a great way to remind your student that you support them. You can send one package or multiple packages throughout the year. Each care package is delivered to your students Residence Hall for pickup. Money raised from this program supports residential student events through Resident Student Association and National Residence Hall Honorary.
