This class challenges you with a full body workout using high repetitions paired with light to moderate weights to burn calories, tone muscles quickly, and gain strength. This 30-minute class is perfect for anyone on a time crunch. It includes high intensity intervals to elevate heart rates, burn calories, and deliver an awesome work out. Come prepared to sweat!
Total Body Tone
Looking for total body strength and cardio in one class? Total Body Tone is the class for you! Try this High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) circuit class designed to deliver a fun, calorie burning sweat session. The class utilizes body weight, exercise equipment, and cardio moves for a total body workout. The exercise equipment utilized includes: free weights, kettlebells, and TRX® suspension training equipment.
TRX® Cardio Core Circuits
This versatile class combines the calorie blasting ideals of cardio circuit training while developing a strong core along the way. It utilizes TRX® suspension training equipment, ViPR, Kettlebells, BOSUs, and free weights to get your sweat on and strengthen your entire body in 45-minutes!
Challenge your body with a TRX centered circuit class. This class blends 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of strength training, and 15 minutes of core work to create the perfect full body workout. Workouts change weekly so the boyd never gets bored!

This shallow water aqua class combines cardio and strength training that is low impact and easy on the joints. Instructors guide you through various exercises while utilizing aqua equipment and resistance from the water to provide a fun, full body workout! All fitness levels welcome.
Join Falcon Fitness for a “pool” party! This aqua class integrates a cardio dance formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines. WERQ® is a fiercely fun dance fitness workout class based on pop, rock, and hip-hop music taught by Certified Fitness Professionals. Falcon Fitness offers private, individualized TRX® Suspension Training. Prices are based on personal training fees.
