Small Group Training

Take advantage of individualized attention from a nationally certified personal trainer in a small group setting. Whether you want to lose weight, gain strength, or reduce stress, small group training is designed to help reach your goals and build a healthier body. Small group training combines the benefits of personal training and group exercise. Get hands on instruction in a motivating environment, from the trainer and your peers. Small group training is self-paced, goal-oriented and accommodates all fitness levels! Pre-registration at the SRC Welcome Desk is required.

Cost Per Session
  • BGSU Student/SRC Member: $20
  • BGSU Faculty/Staff/Retiree/Alumni: $25
  • SRC Non-Member: $35
