Marilyn Eisele is the President of NDI Medical, LLC, a hybrid venture and commercialization firm that funds and develops innovative neurodevice technologies. NDI is based in Cleveland. NDI Medical reduces the time and cost of commercializing innovative technology by providing a full range of operational resources under one roof including: research and development; engineering; quality and manufacturing; finance; intellectual property; clinical trial management; regulatory and reimbursement; and sales and marketing. Before being named president, Eisele served as Vice President – Finance and Chief Financial Officer at NDI. She also currently serves as VP Finance and CFO for NDI’s three portfolio companies, SPR Therapeutics, LLC, Checkpoint Surgical, LLC and Deep Brain Innovation LLC, all neurodevice companies spun out of NDI.
Previously, Eisele was chief financial officer for manufacturing and technology companies including The PDI Group, Five Star Technologies, Inc., Everstream, Inc., Complient Corporation and DIY Home Warehouse, Inc. Eisele started her career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) and served both public and private companies with a specialization in mergers and acquisitions and high-growth businesses. She has participated in raising more than $100 million in private equity placements, multiple initial public offerings and secondary offerings and over 30 acquisitions.
Eisele graduated from Bowling Green State University in 1979 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. She has served on the board of a public company and currently serves on the Finance Committees of Shaker Heights City Schools and Laurel School and on the Boards of several not-for-profit organizations.
