The BGSU Pre Physical Therapy Camp is an opportunity for high school students in 9-12 grade to explore the profession of physical therapy and all that it has to offer. This three day camp is filled with interactive lessons, labs and activities that will help campers discover more about the world of physical therapy and the career options that are available. Camp activities will help reinforce student interests in either the applied or theoretical sciences.  

Campers will connect with BGSU Advisers to learn more about what options they have. 

Additionally, the BGSU Office of Pre-Professional Programs will be on hand to support campers with tools needed for being a successful applicant to a program in physical therapy. 

Camp Activities 

  • Tour and explore the all new Anatomage table
  • Strengthen your leadership and problem solving skills
  • Learn about the importance of community and patient care
  • Visit nearby rehabilitation centers and connect with professionals 
  • Explore Bowling Green State University Facilities and all that they have to offer 

The BGSU Health Careers Camp is for students who will be in ninth through twelfth grade during the fall of 2019.

The cost per youth is $415. The cost includes all meals, lodging and transportation to field trips during camp. Cost also includes all camper materials, and take home falcon camper care pack. 

This camp is a residential camp. Students are expected to stay on campus in an assigned room while participating in the camp. Campers will be housed in Falcon Heights. 

Camp check-in begins Sunday June 16 and Camp check-out occurs on Wednesday June 19

Cancellation Policy

  • An applicant may cancel or withdraw their application at any time.
  • Once selected and payment has been submitted, there is a 14-day cancellation policy.
  • After 14 days, no refunds will be given.
