Online Program Approval
Receiving an endorsement from the Office of Online and Summer Academic Programs (OSAP) is part of the program and curriculum modification process at BGSU for both Graduate and Undergraduate programs.
NEW ONLINE OR HYBRID UNDERGRAD PROGRAMS
- For Undergraduate Programs you will follow the curriculum modification process found on the Provost's website. Part of that process involves receiving OSAP Endorsement for New Online or Hybrid programs. To do that, complete the OSAP endorsement paperwork/proposal here and upon successful completion you will attach the signed OSAP endorsement to your curriculum modification paperwork.
NEW ONLINE OR HYBRID GRADUATE PROGRAMS
- For Graduate programs you will follow the program curriculum modification process which is fully online and accessed from the Graduate College website under the Curriculum Development Forms Section. The OSAP endorsement process is part of the OnBase digital workflow so there is no need to download and attach anything.
The development of an online or blended program will require the coordination of multiple campus offices. OSAP can help you by providing direction and information about a marketing and recruiting as well as help you align resources that may be needed from Admissions, the Graduate College, International Programs, Marketing & Communication, Registration & Records, and other areas.
