Middle School Honors Chorus
The eighth annual BGSU Middle School Honors Chorus will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2020 in the Moore Musical Arts Center of the College of Musical Arts. Dr. Mark Munson, Director of Choral Activities, will direct the chorus and will be assisted throughout the day by choral music education majors. Members of the chorus will gather on campus at 9 a.m. on that day and will rehearse together until lunchtime. Rehearsals will resume after a pizza lunch and will continue until 4 p.m., when family and friends will have the opportunity to hear a performance given by the honors chorus and the BGSU A Cappella Choir in Kobacker Hall.
Students who are nominated by their choral music teachers are welcome to have their parents register them for the festival through the Registration and Forms tab by April 17, 2020. The $35 registration fee includes payment for lunch and a souvenir t-shirt.
Parents/Guardians of participants will also need to complete all of the release forms found on the Registration and Forms tab. The forms should be scanned or photographed and sent to email@example.com. If the documents are photographed, they must be sent as an attachment rather than in the body of a message.
