Acquiring Past CMA Recordings

The Music Library and Bill Schurk Sound Archives at BGSU contain recordings of many past BGSU performances that can be streamed or checked-out. If the recording you are looking for is not located here, please contact mlaurel@bgsu.edu and include the following information:

1) Name of performer and/or ensemble
2) Date of the performance
3) The performance venue
4) Your role in the performance

To request the audio and/or video from a past BGSU performance, you must have participated as a performer, conductor, composer, or in another official capacity. If you were not directly involved in the performance, permission is required from the ensemble director or principal performer(s). Certain concerts and events may have legal restrictions on dissemination due to copyright. Please note: Not all recordings of past performances are available at this time, particularly those that only exist in analog or obsolete digital formats (tape, vinyl, DAT, ADAT, etc.).

Recordings, if available through Recording Services, will be sent electronically via email. Physical CDs and/or DVDs of past BGSU performances are not available.
