Sidra Lawrence to present at NYU Department of Music Colloquium Series

Sidra Lawrence is presenting her work at the NYU Department of Music Colloquium Series on Dec. 8th. Her talk, “Under White Men’s Eyes: Exploring Erotic Subjectivity and Ethnomusicological Knowledge Production” explores the possibility of re-imagining the politics of the erotic within ethnomusicological discourse.
