Dr. Vikki Krane
Director, Women’s Studies Program, and professor of human movement, sport and leisure studies
Expertise: Sport psychology; women in sport; lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender issues in sport.
Credentials: Ph.D. in exercise and sport sciences from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro; M.S. in exercise and sport sciences from the University of Arizona; B.A. in psychology from Denison University. Her research is on lesbians in sport; homophobia/heterosexism in sport, and body image issues in female athletes.
