Please list a 1st and 2nd choice of dates because we can only have 8 people in each training session. Workshops will last 90 minutes and you will have completed a small project as well as receive a card that you will need to keep with you so you are allowed to use the Universal Laser engraver/cutter. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us stating the date and time you are registered to attend.
This document allows you to use the correct color swatches and is the size of our laser's table. This document opens in Adobe Illustrator. Black raster engraves, blue vector engraves, and red creates the cut lines. The red lines must be .001 pt.
Laser Dos & Don'ts
This document lists all approved materials to be used in the laser cutter. Once you have received a certification card, you can purchase approved materials from the Circulation Desk. If you bring in your own material, you will be required to bring the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS). You must stay with your project the entire time. If you walk away we will stop your project.
